ArmInfo.Yesterday, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan on his 50th birthday by phone and conveyed his best wishes, the press service of the Armenian Prime Minister reported.

ArmInfo.Russia recognizes the right to choose, and Moscow still maintains very good relations with  its Armenian friends, despite some existing issues. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this at a joint press conference with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan following  talks in Yerevan on May 21.

"We always talk about the need to establish  a dignified peace in the region. I do not believe that the symbol of  defeat can lead to a dignified peace. He is trying to save himself at  any cost,  and a person with that motivation cannot prioritize  thinking about the country. The individual who is doing this has  other motivations. He wants a paper about Nikol Pashinyan, and it has  nothing to do with peace," Kocharyan said in an interview with  several Armenian media outlets.

ArmInfo. By the end of the year, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) will present a technical assistance package to the Armenian government for implementing a wastewater drainage and treatment system across the entirety of Lake Sevan's territory, as stated by the Bank's Senior Climate Change Expert, Vardan Karapetyan, speaking on the sidelines of the ADB seminar titled "Protecting Lake Sevan: Sustainable Solutions and Investment Strategies" on March 21.

If you say that there is a risky point, then it is equally risky for Azerbaijan,> he said.  When asked when the text of the peace agreement will be published, the NA Speaker said: <Part of the document is already known at the level of talk. Then, we are dealing with a party that, to put it simply, needs a reason  everywhere to announce something and create problems in some way. When we determine the time and logic to publicize and the moment comes, we will publish it. The question is not whether Azerbaijan will publish, then us.>
