ArmInfo.Yerevan has disregarded ethical standards by disclosing the working materials of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, and especially the correspondence of the heads of state, without proper coordination with the parties involved, as stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria  Zakharova during a weekly briefing on December 4. She was asked to comment on the nearly complete package of documents on the  Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement negotiation process released by the Armenian government.

ArmInfo. Armenia is ready to sign a statement on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group on the same day that the peace treaty with Azerbaijan is signed, as stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, on May 29, in response to a question regarding Azerbaijan's stance on signing the peace treaty.

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, at a meeting with the representative of the French Presidency of the EU Council, Advisor to the French President's  Office Isabelle Dumont and the French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk  Group Brice Roquefeuil, stressed the role of France as the co-chair  of the OSCE Minsk Group.

ArmInfo. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan met with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mark Rutte in The Hague.

ArmInfo.The deployment of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh was not included in the discussions of the OSCE Minsk Group. This opinion is shared by  Ambassador Carey Cavanaugh, who in 1999-2001 was the co-chair of the  OSCE Minsk Group on Nagorno-Karabakh from the United States.

ArmInfo. The issue of the return of prisoners of war is constantly in the focus of Russia's priority attention. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin stated this  in an interview with journalists on June 22, adding that Moscow  welcomed the return of 15 prisoners of war.

ArmInfo.Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is now experiencing significant concern about the prospect of the West's return to the Karabakh conflict settlement  process. A similar opinion was expressed by ArmInfo political  scientist Stepan Grigoryan.

ArmInfo. Since 1991, Turkey has been trying to crawl into the ranks of the three co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, but so far all attempts have failed. Director of  the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences  of Armenia Ruben Safrastyan expressed the same point of view on the  question of ArmInfo on March 9 at a press conference in Yerevan.
