Armenia and Norway discussed opportunities for cooperation under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement, which regulates cooperation in international carbon markets, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of  Environment, citing the outcomes of a meeting between Armenian Minister of Nature Protection Hambardzum Matevosyan and Norwegian Minister of Climate and Environment Andreas Bjelland Eriksen.

ArmInfo. An 8.5-hectare forest is set to be established near the Nubarashen Highway. Sirarpi Haykazyan, the Head of the Nature Protection Department at the Yerevan Municipality, made this statement at a working meeting on  April 6.

This is due to the increasing  frequency of "gender parties" (a shamanic event during which  expectant parents, their friends, and family discover the sex of  their unborn child - Ed.), which originated in the United States in  the 2000s and has become widespread in Armenia in recent years.

ArmInfo. The governor of the Kotayk region of Armenia, Mesrop Mesropyan, has submitted his resignation due to disagreement with the personnel policy in his region.   Mesropyan stated this on May 27 after a government meeting, during  which the decision to release the head of the region was approved.
