Davtyan, Head of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Speaking at a press conference on
August 14, 2026, Davtyan provided an update on the integration and legal status of individuals displaced following the events of
September 2023. Out of the total number of new citizens, over 12,000 are minors, she noted.
