ArmInfo.  Artsvik Minasyan, a  member of the National Assembly of Armenia from the opposition faction "Armenia", raised the issue of the criminal case brought  against him at a plenary session of the parliament.

ArmInfo.  In fact, the Hayastan faction successfully failed both the case of blocking the streets and the work of the investigative commission it initiated to study the  appropriateness of using the funds transferred by the Hayastan  All-Armenian Fund to the RA state budget during the 44-day war. This  opinion was expressed by the deputy of the ruling Civil Contract  faction, deputy head of the standing committee on economic issues  Babken Tunyan. 

ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has urged the parliamentary opposition, represented by the <Hayastan> faction (<Armenia>), to report on the results of the Investigative Committee's findings regarding the alleged misuse  of funds from the  Hayastan All- Armenian Fund.

ArmInfo.  The Prosecutor General's Office has sent petitions to the National Assembly to give consent to initiate criminal prosecution against the head of the Hayastan  faction Seyran Ohanyan and the secretary of the same faction Artsvik  Minasyan.

ArmInfo. On May 22, the Armenian government rejected the draft law proposed by the opposition  "Armenia" faction in the National Assembly on criminalizing the  denial of the Armenian Genocide.

ArmInfo.  The Armenian  authorities do not intend to resort to vendetta against the representatives of the previous government. This was stated by the secretary of the ruling faction of the Civil Contract party Artur  Hovhannisyan during a briefing in the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia on May 16, commenting on the question of whether  the statement of the NA deputy Arsen Torosyan about a political  vendetta could mean the beginning of a new process against the  opposition.

ArmInfo. The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia must give a legal assessment to the speech on the Public Television of Armenia of the former official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the  Republic of Armenia, the head of the Command and Staff Institute  named after Marshal Baghramyan of the Military Academy of the RA  Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan. This was stated on May 12  from the rostrum of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia  by the Secretary of the opposition faction "Armenia" of the National  Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Artsvik Minasyan.

ArmInfo. During the discussions on the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia,  the opposition and pro-government parliamentarians deviated from the topic under discussion and once again began to accuse each other of  all mortal sins. During the speech of the head of the ruling Civil  Contract parliamentary faction in the country, Hayk Konjoryan, and  the NA deputy from the opposition Armenia faction, Gegham Manukyan,  an argument arose. 

ArmInfo. "I repeat everything that the RA Prime Minister said, come and discuss, and otherwise, sit quietly where you are," said Alen Simonyan, Chairman of the RA  National Assembly, on March 27, in response to Artsvik Minasyan,  Secretary of the opposition faction "Armenia", about the  inadmissibility of the behavior shown by the head of the Armenian  government Nikol Pashinyan towards the former presidents of the RA.

ArmInfo. The Armenian government does not publish the text of the peace treaty for a very simple reason: the agreement has two owners - Armenia and Azerbaijan, as  stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with PTA.  According to the Prime Minister, there are forces that need excuses  for this document not to be signed, and  unilateral publication of  that paper could add some weight to the scale of those excuses.

ArmInfo. On October 8, parliamentary hearings are being held in the National Assembly of  Armenia dedicated to the scandalous amendments to the Electoral Code  of the Republic of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The position of the parliamentary opposition in the National Assembly of Armenia on the Regulation on the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan submitted for ratification is puzzling. This was stated by the Vice Speaker of the Parliament Ruben Rubinyan from the rostrum of the  National Assembly on October 22.

Contrary to the will and desire of the ruling majority, but by law, an investigative commission on the implementation of the socio-economic rights of the people of Artsakh will function in the Armenian parliament.
