ArmInfo.“The Power of One Dram” summed up the results of April and, as previously announced, the entire amount collected — 4,919,726 drams — was directed to the “4090” charitable foundation, which deals with the social and educational issues of boys who participated in the wars.

ArmInfo.  Citizens of Armenia were not inspired by the initiative to impeach the current Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. This is evidenced by the results of a poll conducted by the consulting company MPG "Politring".  When asked to express their attitude towards this initiative, 30% of respondents said  they were extremely negative about it, another 14.2% - "rather negative", 21% - "positive", 37% "rather positive", and another 17.9%  found it difficult to answer.

ArmInfo.  On May 5, 2025, the prosecutor sent to court a criminal case confirmed by an indictment against A.M., who committed money laundering in collusion with the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Holy See M.M. (Mikael Minasyan is the son-in-law of the 3rd President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan - ed.).

ArmInfo.  Grigor Ghazaryan, a member of the Armenian youth weightlifting team, won a gold medal at the World Junior Championships held in the capital of Peru, Lima.

ArmInfo.  On May 2, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the United Nations Paruyr Hovhannisyan presented his credentials to  UN  Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, as reported by the press service  of the RA MFA.

ArmInfo.  Armenia ranks very high in the World Press  Freedom Index. Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of the RA Prime Minister's  Staff,  posted this on his Facebook page noting that  the republic has ranked 34th in the index compiled by Reporters Without Borders.

ArmInfo. Negotiations towards finalizing a peace deal with Azerbaijan continued amidst a tense security situation, marked by clashes around Azerbaijan's Nagorno- Karabakh region and along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. Tensions also remained high over key issues such as territorial corridors and the status of Nagorno-Karabakh, reads the report State of the World's Human Rights 2025: Armenia by Amnesty International.

ArmInfo.  The Armenian Armed Forces are participating in the NATO-Georgia 2025 exercises that have started on Georgian territory.

ArmInfo.  In the summer of 2020, a free project was launched - UXCore, which is the largest library of cognitive biases (thinking patterns) with over 1000 examples for use. The author of this project was an Armenian Wolf  Aleksanyan, who has over  17 years of experience  in information  technology (B2G, B2B, crypto) for more than 17 years. Aleksanyan  released UXCore (UX - user experience, Core - core) under the GFDL  license, allowing anyone to use it for non-commercial purposes. The  project is available in English and Russian, which, among other  things, has attracted the attention of the global IT community and  sparked heated discussion. Today, UXCore is popular, including in  Silicon Valley. Wolf Aleksanyan mentioned in an interview with an  ArmInfo correspondent that the project has received high praise from  influential people in the industry, representing conglomerates as  Google, Amazon, etc.
