ArmInfo. This year the festival <Crossroads:  Contemporary Music Days in Armenia> will be held from May 27 to June 9.  As reported by the press service of the Festival  organizers, the program of events this year includes concert evenings  with the participation of young performers, as well as public  discussions, seminars and master classes.

ArmInfo.  The Days of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Armenia will be held in Yerevan on April 18-19.

ArmInfo.A rally will take place in front of the Armenian government building demanding the  protection of Armenians held hostage in Baku.

ArmInfo. A beer festival will  be held in Yerevan from August 23 to 25. This was announced by Diana  Karapetyan, Head of Marketing and Promotion Department of the RA  Tourism Committee, at a press conference on August 9.  

ArmInfo. This year,  applications for participation in the Armenian-Iranian culinary and  cultural festival were received from 15 provinces of Iran. This was  stated by the cultural attache of the Iranian Embassy in Armenia  Mohammad Asadi Movahedi during a press conference on August 6.

ArmInfo. Sisian will host the third Armenian-Iranian festival "Navasard", showcasing the culture and cuisine of Armenia and Iran. As reported by the press service of the Tourism Federation, the event aims to create a unified regional tourism product between Armenia and Iran, enhance cooperation and friendship between the two countries, preserve the development and popularization of cultural heritage, as well as promote the image of the Republic of Armenia and the Syunik region as a stable, secure and attractive tourist destination. The event will present the diversity and history of the national cuisine of both countries, emphasizing their unique features and similarities.

ArmInfo.The Armenian-Georgian cultural and culinary festival "Mimino" starts for the second time in  Dilijan, within the framework of which Armenian and Georgian culinary specialists will present the diversity of their national cuisine to the jury commission.

ArmInfo. RA Police Chief Aram  Hovhannisyan, currently on Republic Square, called on the rally  participants fefrain from actions that would prompt police to use  force. "The police will act within the law. "I want to urge people to  refrain from such actions that would allow the police to use force,"  he said.

ArmInfo. After the change of  government, all the people who participated in the so-called border  delimitation will be brought to the court, since they are taking away  the constitutional right of the people to determine their territory  and borders. Avetik Chalabyan, a public figure, politician, and  founder of the Hayakve initiative, stated in a conversation with  reporters on May 9.

ArmInfo.Opening a current account in Armenian banks for citizens forcibly displaced from  Artsakh will be free of charge. This was announced by spokesperson of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nazeli Baghdasaryan at a briefing on October 2.

ArmInfo. As of 16:00, the number of forcibly displaced citizens of the Republic of Artsakh to Armenia  amounted to about 93 thousand people, 19 thousand 103 vehicles crossed the Hakari Bridge. Press Secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia Nazeli Baghdasaryan reports social networks.

ArmInfo.With the support of the Embassy of Japan in Armenia, from February 22 to March 4, the 16th Japanese Film Festival will be held in Yerevan and other cities  of the country.

The European Court of Human Rights gave Azerbaijan time until 16:00 CET on Monday, December 19, to respond to Armenia's request for interim measures;  after the response, the court will make its final decision, the  Office of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Issues  informs.
