ArmInfo.  According to 12 satellite observations conducted by the Caucasus Heritage Watch organization, Azerbaijan has already destroyed 14 sites of Armenian religious and  cultural heritage, including churches and cemeteries.

ArmInfo. The court suspended the decision to increase parking fees in Yerevan on red and blue dotted lines. This was reported on a social network by Armenak Danielyan, a  member of the Mother Armenia faction of the Yerevan Council of  Elders. Currently, parking fees are being collected in violation of  the law, legal experts insist. 

ArmInfo.In 2025, water intake from Lake Sevan will be allowed in the amount of up to 131.8 million cubic  meters. The resolution on this was adopted on June 5 at a government meeting.

ArmInfo.  The civil initiative Hayakve draws the attention of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan to the serious violation of   the Constitution by  Prime Minister  Nikol Pashinyan. Avetik Chalabyan,   the coordinator of the initiative, made this statement on May 31.

ArmInfo.  The conclusions of the appointed forensic medical examination have been received in the case of the former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee, former Finance Minister Gagik Khachatryan. The conclusion was read out at the court hearing today by Judge Givi Hovhannisyan, from which it became clear that Khachatryan needs to undergo surgery in Germany as soon as possible.

ArmInfo.  On May 30, between 12:10 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Khoznavar settlement in the Syunik Province, damaging the bathroom of a residential house and fatally wounding a small ruminant.

ArmInfo.  The process of delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border has not stalled - working groups at the level of deputy prime ministers continue to  work. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan  told journalists during a briefing on May 29.

ArmInfo.  Ruben Vardanyan's "crime" is simply that he sought to illuminate a path  to a freer and more prosperous future for his people in Artsakh, as stated by Alvina Gyulumyan, former judge of the Constitutional Court of Armenia and the first President of the Union of Judges  of Armenia, at the  opening of the Oslo, Freedom Forum, touching upon the fate of  Armenian prisoners of war held in Baku. 

ArmInfo.  Not even 5 minutes will pass after the signing of the peace agreement, as trade between Armenians and Azerbaijanis will begin, they will begin to communicate in all ways. This statement was made by the speaker of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan on May 27 in a conversation with  journalists. Simonyan himself, for example, is ready to buy gas from  Baku.

ArmInfo.Armenian Ombudsman Anahit Manasyan considers the legislative amendments on buying out military  service, proposed by Hayk Sargsyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract faction of the National Assembly of Armenia, and approved by the Armenian government on May 22, unacceptable.

ArmInfo.If the Constitutional Court of Armenia decides that the text of the peace agreement does not comply with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, which is unlikely, I will initiate constitutional reforms, because the peace process and the agreement cannot be missed. We will persuade society to make changes to achieve lasting peace. This was stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on May 26 at the opening of the international forum "Yerevan Dialogue-2025", presenting the obstacles to achieving peace between Yerevan and Baku and ways to solve them.

This was reported by the Public Organization "Union for the  Protection of the Interests and Rights of the People of Artsakh  (Artsakh Union).

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan has lodged an unfounded complaint with the United Nations Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) against Christian Solidarity  International (CSI), a globally respected human rights and religious  freedom organization with consultative status at the UN, over its  principled advocacy on behalf of the displaced Armenians of Artsakh  (Nagorno Karabakh).

ArmInfo.  On May 22, at its regular session, the Armenian government discussed the initiative of the ruling NA faction deputy Hayk Sargsyan on the buyout  of the army, and proposed its own adjustments. 

ArmInfo. The Armenian Fund for Relief (FAR) will provide 16 grants to Armenian scientists to conduct scientific research in the fields of physics, biotechnology, biology,  nanotechnology, materials science, zoology, biochemistry, social  sciences and history.
