ArmInfo.  The program of events of  the Armenian government for 2021-2026 did not provide for changes to the Constitution of Armenia, much less the adoption of a new one. This was stated by public figure, former Armenian Ambassador to Poland Edgar Ghazaryan in an interview with journalists on May 15 after a meeting with independent MP Gegham Nazaryan as part of a  citizens' reception in the RA Parliament. The purpose of the meeting  was to discuss the issue related to the initiation of the process of  expressing impeachment against the current Prime Minister of Armenia.  In addition, according to the public figure, the government program  does not contain a single mention of the intention to abandon the  Declaration of Independence of Armenia. "These provisions were not  even included in the election program of the ruling Civil Contract  party," Kazaryan added.
