Tsarukyan's lawyer Smbat Minasyan said this on  his Facenook page.  <We submitted an appeal against the decision of  the court of first instance of general jurisdiction of Yerevan to  consider the application for the use of arrest as a preventive  measure against Gagik Tsarukyan.  We asked the court to consider as  approved the absence of reasonable grounds for doubt, as well as the  fact of violation of a number of other issues raised by us in the  court of first instance>, Minasyan noted.  Recall that charges were  brought against Tsarukyan on the grounds of part 2 of Article 154.2  (bribing voters) of the RA Criminal Code.

ArmInfo. Individual vehicle importers hold a protest outside the building of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia. They claim that the country's  authorities, having transferred the function of customs clearance of  vehicles to the city of Gyumri, caused difficulties:  the process  from a "one" window turned into two - at a distance of 150 km.

In late November and  early December 2019, vehicles customs registration will be fully  carried out in Gyumri for vehicles imported across the northern  border - the Bavra, Gogavan and Bagratashen checkpoints. This was  announced by David Ananyan, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee  (SRC) on November 18 in an interview with reporters.
