ArmInfo.The Wings of Unity Party intends to continue the fight to restore justice in Armenia. This is what the party's representative, former Chairman of the RA  State Revenue Committee, David Ananyan, writes.

ArmInfo. The ruling Civil Contract party, which won the parliamentary elections, is not afraid of street fighting that opposition forces may wage. Vice Speaker of  the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan  stated this in an interview with Public Television.

ArmInfo.  Even OSCE observers have recorded numerous violations during the Armenian parliamentary elections, according to political scientist Artur  Khachikyan, a PhD in Political Science from Stanford University. 

ArmInfo.  Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan chaired a meeting with representatives of the executive branch on Tuesday, June 9.  According to the government's press service, the Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the  officials present for ensuring the seamless operation of the  executive branch during his absence. Pashinyan also thanked the  various state and local government bodies involved in organizing the  recent parliamentary elections, commending their efforts in ensuring  a successful and well-organized electoral process.

ArmInfo.  Edmon Marukyan, leader of the Bright Armenia party, has accused the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of manipulating vote tallies and omitting his party's votes across multiple polling stations. As evidence, Marukyan presented vote count protocols from several locations within  Armenia's Gegharkunik region.

ArmInfo.  Armenia's political forces  continue to practice law instead of politics,  political scientist Vahe Davtyan wrote on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.The NOTATIONS music lab and festival will be held in Armenia for the second time on July 20.  The festival is designed for artists and musicians working in the fields of sound, music, various media, installation, performance, and research.

ArmInfo. In all Yerevan districts, the Civil Contract party (CC) received the majority of votes. Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of parliament from the ruling party, told reporters on June 9.

ArmInfo. The Central Electoral Commission has summarized the information on requests for recounts of  votes received by election commissions - 555 requests for recounts have been received.

ArmInfo. Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan,  commented on cases of military personnel voting at polling stations after 8:00 PM, when the same polling stations were supposed to be closed.

ArmInfo.A total of 39,650 applications for Armenian citizenship have been submitted by Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Mkrtchyan announced this on June 9 at a joint meeting of the RA National Assembly committees discussing the implementation of the 2025 national budget.

ArmInfo.The National Democratic Pole Party (NDP) has called on citizens and political forces in Armenia to prevent  a flagrant violation of law and  democracy, and through joint efforts, thwart steps toward a seizure  of power and the establishment of a dictatorship in the country. 

ArmInfo.  Monitoring the voting process at polling stations with large concentrations of Armenian military personnel proved challenging during the country's parliamentary elections, according to Lyudmila Markina, a  representative of the Russian Central Election Commission (CEC).  Markina shared these observations during a press conference on June  8.

ArmInfo. Opposition complaints in Armenia regarding violations committed by the ruling Civil Contract party during the country's parliamentary elections have not received a single response. Russian Senator Alexander Savin stated this at a press conference on June 8.

ArmInfo.  Applications for a recount of voting results at a polling station can be submitted to the relevant electoral commission of the electoral district from  12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on June 8 or from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on June 9.  This was reported by the Central Election Commission of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  After the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia adjusted the preliminary vote counts for the June 7 parliamentary elections, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan's Prosperous Armenia Party lost the 4% threshold and will not enter the new parliament. This was announced by Vahagn Hovakimyan, head of the Central Electoral Commission, at a press conference in Yerevan on June 8.

ArmInfo.  The extremely difficult atmosphere during the campaign for the latest parliamentary elections in Armenia was accompanied by mass arrests, detentions, and insults.  Dmitry Kobitsky, Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, stated this at a press conference on June 8.

ArmInfo. The CIS Observer Mission did not identify any serious violations that could affect the results of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia on June 7, 2026.  This was stated by Nurlan Seitimov, Head of the CIS Observer Mission and CIS Deputy Secretary General, at a press conference on June 8.

ArmInfo. The Civil Contract Party is just two votes short of a 3/5 majority in parliament. Former Justice Minister and former Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Arpine Hovhannisyan wrote this on her Facebook page, referring to the preliminary vote counts from all 2,005 polling stations following the country's parliamentary elections.
