ArmInfo. If any high-ranking Armenian official justifies Azerbaijan's claims against Armenia with  any formulation or logic, it means that this official is willy-nilly under the influence of Azerbaijan.

ArmInfo. The situation in the  South Caucasus was discussed at a meeting in Paris between the French  Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noel Barrot, and the Turkish  Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan.

ArmInfo. Former Prime Minister of Armenia Hrant Bagratyan suggested establishing a social protection fund for Artsakh residents, which will be funded by investments from the Diaspora, donations from individuals, and budgetary allocations.

ArmInfo. Armenia is among the "partly free" countries in the report of the international human rights organization "Freedom House" on the level of freedom in the  world in 2025, scoring 54 points out of a possible 100.

ArmInfo. First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Konstantin  Zatulin called the trial of Armenians in Baku, including the current  and former military-political leadership of Artsakh, a massacre.

ArmInfo.In 2024, the support provided by AraratBank to the Aren Mehrabyan Charitable Foundation has contributed to the implementation of the Foundation's mission by creating new educational opportunities for young people.

ArmInfo.Reforms have been carried out in the state housing program for families forcibly  displaced from Artsakh, with final changes being made to the terms of the program.

ArmInfo.The Azerbaijani independent news agency "Turan" has announced that it will be ceasing  its activities in its current format. The statement was published on the agency's website.  Note that ArmInfo has been cooperating with "Turan" since 1992.

ArmInfo. Russia is ready to help facilitate peaceful resolution between Armenia and Azerbaijan, while also welcomes any independent actions by the parties. This was the response from the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, during a briefing regarding comments made by the  speaker of the Armenian parliament, Alen Simonyan, who indicated that  Russia's involvement in the resolution process is "unlikely" due to  "bad memories" of past experience.

ArmInfo. The ARTSAKH Publishing House has started creating the Artsakh Heritage Internet portal, which is a digital archive in the format of an electronic encyclopedia.

ArmInfo. There are questions and issues in relations between any states. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated this after talks with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow on January 21, in response to a request for clarification on the reasons for the strained relations between  Yerevan and Moscow.  At the same time, he called for bringing at  least one example of countries that have no issues in their  relations.  "I am not aware of any country where relations can be  described as simple. This does not happen, in any relations there are  issues that  need to be addressed. And the closer the connection  between peoples and countries, the richer their interactions in all  spheres. As relations become richer,  more practical issues tend to  arise," he said.

ArmInfo. The trials in Baku prisons against Armenians are aimed at undermining the fundamental rights of these people and are a clear example of Azerbaijan's  growing Armenophobic policy. This is stated in the statement of the  deputies of the National Assembly of Artsakh in connection with the  upcoming illegal trial initiated by Azerbaijan against 16 Armenian  prisoners of war and hostages.

ArmInfo. The EU reiterates the importance of Armenia and Azerbaijan negotiating on all outstanding matters in good faith, while avoiding harsh rhetoric and threats to use force, the lead spokesperson of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Anitta Hipper told Armenpress Brussels correspondent.

ArmInfo.The participation of Armenian volunteers in the liquidation of the ecological catastrophe in the Black Sea demonstrates the spirit of unity and readiness to help regardless of borders, confirming that in such moments everyone is one big family. This is stated in the message of ANO "Eurasia", whose volunteers arrived in Anapa to liquidate the consequences of the fuel oil spill in the sea.
