ArmInfo. The preliminary investigation into the criminal case against public and  political figure Avetik Chalabyan has been completed, and the case  has been forwarded to court, as noted in a statement issued by Avetik  Chalabyan's defense team.

ArmInfo.  Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), has been summoned for  questioning by the Investigative Committee in connection with the  fraud and money laundering charges brought against him. This was  announced by one of Tsarukyan's lawyers, Yerem Sargsyan, speaking to  journalists outside the Investigative Department of the State Revenue  Committee on July 21.

The defense team for Gagik Tsarukyan, businessman and leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party, has filed a special appeal with the Criminal Court of Appeal of Armenia, seeking to overturn the decision to detain him as a preventive measure. ArmInfo.  Employees of MultiTabak, owned by renowned businessman, philanthropist, and leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan, are holding a  protest demanding the reopening of the plant, which has been sealed  for eight days.

ArmInfo.  The seizure of horses and pheasants from the mansion of Gagik Tsarukyan, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party and businessman who is under arrest, has  been postponed for unknown reasons. This was stated by Hovhannes  Vardanyan, one of Tsarukyan's lawyers, in a conversation with  journalists outside the businessman's home on July 14.

In it, he  draws public attention to the fact that his defense attorneys have  still not been provided with the formal indictment, case summary, or  the verdict.

ArmInfo. On June 7, the Baku Court of Appeals continued its "hearing" the appeals filed by illegally detained Armenian prisoners of war, as reported by  Azerbaijani media.

ArmInfo. The leader of the "Prosperous Armenia" party, businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, whose house had been searched since early morning, has been detained, and a motion for his arrest will be filed with the court. This was announced on July 6 by one of his lawyers, Yerem Sargsyan, while speaking to journalists in front of the businessman's house.
