This is stated in the draft program  of the government of Armenia, published on gov.am website.According  to the document, schools should become centers of development,  thereby contributing to the revival of the socio-cultural life of the  community. In the general educational sphere, the government's  priorities are: increasing the availability of pre-school education;  the introduction of an improved school management system; the  provision of food for all children in the lower grades, the  transition to universal inclusive education until 2023; giving a new  content to a 12-year education, revising the criteria and curricula,  stimulating creative thinking and the ability to analyze;  modernization of educational programs in accordance with the  requirements of the labor market; introduction of dual education  system.
