ArmInfo. Both Armenia and Azerbaijan face issues related to missing persons, and these matters must be resolved through mutual cooperation, as stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during a press-briefing on June 11. He also noted that such cooperation not only institutionalizes peace  but also closes a painful chapter in the conflict.

ArmInfo.In advance of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio's visit to Armenia, the Armenian Assembly of America (Assembly) welcomes the continued strengthening of U.S.-Armenia relations and sustained high-level engagement between the two countries. At the same time, the Assembly remains deeply concerned by Baku's continued refusal to release all Christian Armenian hostages wrongfully imprisoned in Azerbaijan and urges their immediate and unconditional release.

ArmInfo.For the successful implementation of the "Trump route" (TRIPP) project, it is necessary for Azerbaijan to withdraw its armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia and release illegally held Armenian prisoners of  war. ArmInfo. The U.S. House Appropriations Committee has advanced the Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs (NSRP) Appropriations Bill with report language directing increased security  assistance for Armenia and requiring State Department reporting on  the proposed Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity  (TRIPP) - a direct response to advocacy led by the Armenian National  Committee of America (ANCA) and the Congressional Armenian Caucus.  

ArmInfo. International lawyers representing the families of seven Armenian hostages held in Azerbaijan have filed an official appeal to the UN Working Group on  Arbitrary Detention, demanding their immediate and unconditional  release, as reported by the  Artsakh Union organization.

ArmInfo.  Human rights activist Siranush Sahakyan has reported that  philanthropist and former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison by an Azerbaijani puppet court, has been  transferred to the Umbak Prison Complex. The information about the  transfer followed a telephone conversation between Vardanyan and his  family, according to the Free Armenian Hostages initiative.
