ArmInfo.  The Constitutional Court of Armenia has concluded its first session regarding the petitions filed by opposition forces seeking to invalidate the  results of the June 7 parliamentary elections. The court is scheduled  to reconvene tomorrow, June 27, at 11:00 a.m. 

ArmInfo. Supporters of Armenia's opposition are currently holding a protest outside the Constitutional Court, where their petition to invalidate the June 7  parliamentary elections is being heard. Significant police forces  have been deployed to the area in response to the protest.

In Armenia, the drug trafficking detection rate in 2026 increased to 52.7% compared to last year (50.9%), as stated by Police Colonel Vache Hovsepyan, Head of the Criminological Analysis and Law Enforcement Cooperation Department of the Criminal Police General Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, during a press conference on  "Combating Drug Use and Illegal Trafficking."

ArmInfo. Armenian rescuers have discovered the body of 13-year-old Marine Martirosyan, whose search had been ongoing in the Pambak River since June 15.

ArmInfo. One person died and 11 were hospitalized as a result of a major road accident in Armenia. This was reported by the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

The Administrative Court of Armenia, chaired by Agasi Darbinyan, has granted the petition of the Armenian Apostolic Church (AAC), ruling that the lack of response from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) police regarding the incident at the Surb Astvatsatsin Church in the town of Talin, Aragatsotn Province, was unlawful.

ArmInfo.On June 17, at approximately 9:30 AM, Armenian rescuers discovered the body of 7-year-old Nare Martirosyan in the Pambak River in the Lori Region.  She had been missing since June 15.

ArmInfo.  The Anti-Corruption Council of Europe (GRECO) has commended Armenia for  its implementation of anti-corruption recommendations within the  Ministry of Internal Affairs. This  announcement was made during the  103rd plenary meeting of the GRECO Group of States in Strasbourg.

ArmInfo. Police of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported the arrest of a 41-year-old man accused of damaging the gilded letters of hero cities on the monuments of the "Mother Armenia" memorial complex in Gyumri.

ArmInfo. Opposition MP Gegham Manukyan from the Armenia faction reported that he sent a request to Andranik Simonyan, Director of the National Security Service (NSS), asking him to clarify how a video recording from the specially protected zone, recorded by a camera installed at the RA NSS border checkpoint at Zvartnots Airport, appeared on the Telegram page of the  daily newspaper "Haykakan Zhamanak," owned by the Pashinyan family.
