ArmInfo.  Issues of cooperation between Armenia and the OSCE, including the implementation of individual programs, were discussed at a meeting in Yerevan between the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan and the OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu.

ArmInfo. Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan spoke out against the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group and said that he had not had any contact with  Armenian authorities since the forced displacement. This was stated by Nagorno-Karabakh President Samvel Shahramanyan to journalists at the Artsakh representative office on April 18, in response to a question  about whether Armenian authorities were pressuring him.

ArmInfo.  Moscow has once again expressed its willingness to assist Armenia and Azerbaijan in normalizing relations. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated this position on April 17  during a weekly briefing, touching upon the process of normalizing  Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.

ArmInfo.   is essentially an attempt to the scale of the political agenda by excluding a topic that is not only  of historical but also strategic importance for the Armenian people>.  A similar point of view was expressed by the former chairman of the  State Revenue Committee of Armenia, David Ananyan.

ArmInfo.  In his post, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the peace agreement with Azerbaijan, the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, and Baku's demand to revise the Constitution of Armenia.

ArmInfo.  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan proposed that Azerbaijan simultaneously sign both a peace agreement and a statement on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. He stated this on April 15 from the rostrum of the parliament.

ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan called the discussion with his Azerbaijani  counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov constructive during the panel discussion  "Challenges and Opportunities for Regional Cooperation in the South  Caucasus" on the sidelines of the diplomatic forum in Antalya.

ArmInfo. The Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Artsakh People demanded that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia take specific measures to protect the rights of the forcibly displaced population of Artsakh.  The Council stated this on April 14 during a rally in front of the  building of the Foreign Ministry, in connection with the inaction of  the Armenian authorities in taking steps for the collective return of  the Artsakh people and the release of Armenian prisoners of war.

ArmInfo. The Artsakh Citizens' Rights Protection Council issued a statement in which it recalled the action planned to be held on April 14 in front of the buildings of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the RA Prosecutor General's Office.

ArmInfo. On April 14 at 11:00 a.m., Artsakh residents will hold protests outside Armenia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Prosecutor General's Office  to highlight several critical issues. The Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Artsakh People, the initiator of the rally, posted  this on its Facebook page.

ArmInfo. The trials taking place  in Baku against Armenians are necessary for Azerbaijan to legitimize  its actions and resolve the Artsakh issue from a legal standpoint. In  this way, the Azerbaijani authorities want to portray the  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as a criminal organization. International  law specialist Taron Simonyan  stated this at a press conference  titled "They are sued because they are Armenians " held in Yerevan on  April 10.

ArmInfo. Within the framework of the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union the NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan met with the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Pia Kauma.

ArmInfo. The US Congressional Caucus on Armenian Affairs, consisting of 25 lawmakers,  has sent a powerful bipartisan letter to Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Michael Walz, urging to secure the release of Armenian prisoners illegally held in Azerbaijan. Additionally, the  congressmen call for strengthening US policy safeguarding Armenia's  sovereignty and security  as part of expanded engagement  in the  South Caucasus.  The letter, led by Congressional Armenian Caucus  leaders Frank Pallone, David Valadao, Brad Sherman and Gus Bilirakis,  comes in the wake of recent  Armenia-Azerbaijan announcements about  the completion of negotiations on a draft peace agreement and the  Azerbaijani side's demands to amend the Armenian Constitution and  dismantle the OSCE Minsk Group, the Armenian National Committee of  America (ANCA) reported.

ArmInfo.  Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan considers Artsakh an instrument of control over the country, a kind of noose around Armenia's neck. This was written on his Facebook page by Artur Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the opposition faction "Armenia".

ArmInfo. The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict remains unresolved, and after the inevitable change of power in Armenia, the negotiation process must be reinstated on the state's foreign policy agenda, and the actions of the current regime must receive an adequate legal assessment, as noted in the statement of the Executive Body of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan continues to impose its preconditions for concluding a peace treaty on Armenia. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the National  Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from the opposition faction "I  have the honor", at a press conference on April 3.

ArmInfo. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has mentioned the conditions under which a peace treaty with Armenia can be signed.

ArmInfo. Armenia is making every effort to advance the peace agenda. Chairman of the RA National Assembly Committee on Foreign Relations Sargis Khandanyan told  journalists on April 2.

ArmInfo. Until Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan changed the negotiation process's logic in 2018, Artsakh was an established state. On March 28, Artur  Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the opposition  faction "Armenia", stated this in a conversation with journalists in  parliament, while commenting on Pashinyan's statements that Armenia  should no longer follow the ideology of the Artsakh movement.
