ArmInfo. Staff of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Armenian warprisoners, who are in Azerbaijan and Azeris, who are in Armenia.

ArmInfo. Employees of International Committee of the Red Cross visited persons detained as a result of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in August this year, worker of  information department of ICRC mission in Artsakh Eteri Musaelyan  stated to ArmInfo's reporter. 

ArmInfo. On September 20,  the representatives of the ICRC in Nagorno-Karabakh visited again two  Azerbaijani detainees Dilham Aliyev and Shahbaz Guliyev and provided  them with an opportunity to exchange family news, Head of the  Communication Department at ICRC in Karabakh Eteri Musaelyan has told  an ArmInfo correspondent.
