ArmInfo.  The Armenian  authorities do not intend to resort to vendetta against the representatives of the previous government. This was stated by the secretary of the ruling faction of the Civil Contract party Artur  Hovhannisyan during a briefing in the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia on May 16, commenting on the question of whether  the statement of the NA deputy Arsen Torosyan about a political  vendetta could mean the beginning of a new process against the  opposition.

ArmInfo.  Today, it is impossible to predict the possibility of signing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by the secretary of the ruling Civil Contract faction in the country, Artur Hovhannisyan, at a briefing in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 16.

ArmInfo.  As a result of the activities of the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia, illegally acquired property and financial resources totaling approximately $600 million have been returned to state ownership. This was stated on May 12 at a session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, where discussions on the report of the Prosecutor General of the  Republic of Armenia Anna Vardapetyan on the activities of the  department in 2024 are continuing, by the Secretary of the ruling  Civil Contract faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of  Armenia Artur Hovhannisyan.

ArmInfo.There is no place for genocide in  , and in general there should never be a  genocide in Armenia, as, for example, it happened in 2023 in Nagorno- Karabakh.

ArmInfo.The opposition faction "Armenia" in the National Assembly of  Armenia tried to  introduce a bill  criminalizing the denial of the Armenian Genocide. The "Civil Contract" faction strongly opposed this proposal and their members physically attacked opposition MPs in the National Assembly.   Ishkhan Saghatelyan, representative of the ARF party and MP from the "Armenia" faction, informed journalists about this on April 22. 

ArmInfo. Secretary of the ruling Civil Contract faction of the National Assembly of the  Republic of Armenia Artur Hovhannisyan does not believe that the  situation is heading towards destabilization.

ArmInfo.Based on the arguments and evidence presented by the team of lawyers, the court, ordered MP  Artur Hovhannisyan, the secretary of the ruling Civil Contract parliamentary faction, to apologize to opposition figure Edgar Ghazaryan and pay him moral compensation.  

ArmInfo. The Secretary of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Artur Hovhannisyan gave a speech at  the session of the General Committee on Political Affairs and Security of OSCE PA Winter Meeting being held in Vienna.

ArmInfo. As of now, there is no agreement on the inspection of Azerbaijani cargo by Armenian customs officers if it passes through the territory of Armenia. This was stated at a briefing on February 13 by the secretary of the ruling Civil Contract faction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Artur Hovhannisyan.

ArmInfo. We need to revisit the history of our Genocide (the Armenian Genocide of 1915 in Ottoman  Turkey) in order to comprehend the events, reasons behind them, our  perceptions of it, and who was involved. Prime Minister of Armenia  Nikol Pashinyan made a similar statement during a meeting with  representatives of the Armenian Diaspora in Switzerland.  

ArmInfo.Deputies of the National Assembly of Armenia from the ruling Civil Contract faction made a working visit to the Syunik region of the republic.

ArmInfo. The ruling Civil Contract party does not have the issue of dismissing Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security, on its agenda. This was stated by RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan in an interview with journalists on November 5.

ArmInfo.Secretary of the ruling NA faction Artur Hovhannisyan commented at a  briefing on October 3 on the possibility of calling Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for questioning in connection with his statements about having sufficient information about the so-called contractual nature of the 44-day war in Artsakh.

ArmInfo. . The Kirants precedent will be extended to the entire state border line. This was stated by  Artur Hovhannisyan, Secretary of the ruling Civil Contract Faction, on September 16, in response to the question of why the approval of the rules of procedure of the Commissions on Delimitation and Demarcation of the state border followed the completion of delimitation in Kirants village, and not vice versa.

ArmInfo. The ruling faction "Civil Contract" refuses to shed light on the situation with the uncoordinated clause of the peace treaty between Armenia and  Azerbaijan.

ArmInfo.The dominant Civil Contract faction cannot name a specific time frame for signing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

ArmInfo.This situation  itself indicates that the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, does not actually exist. This is the opinion of Artur Hovhannisyan, the Secretary of the ruling faction "Civil Contract". At the same  time, he called for the agenda to revoke Yerevan's signature to be considered null and void.  According to the parliamentarian, non of the points in the trilateral statement were fulfilled by the other two parties involved. Therefore, in the future, there will be no discussion about Armenia fulfilling any of the points in the  statement.

ArmInfo. Fraudsters, posing as representatives of the Armenian Red Cross Society, are calling citizens, particularly refugees from Artsakh. They are using the pretense of offering social assistance to obtain personal information from them.  As Artur Hovhannisyan, the head of the press service of the Red Cross Society office said, various people pretending to offer assistance on behalf of their organization,  are calling citizens and collecting personal and banking information from them. 

ArmInfo. The issue of removing the church from the privileged category has been discussed for a long time. This was stated by  secretary of the "Civil Contract" faction,  Artur Hovhannisyan, during a briefing on May 23.
