ArmInfo.Issues on the agenda of Armenia-EU relations, such as strengthening democratic  institutions, the rule of law and opportunities for enhancing cooperation in governance reforms were discussed during a meeting in Yerevan between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.  

ArmInfo.Armenia and the EU have signaled the important achievements recorded in bilateral  relations today, including the holding of consultations in Yerevan on security and defense, as stated by the head of the Armenian MFA Ararat Mirzoyan during  a joint press conference with EU High  Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, in Yerevan.

ArmInfo.  Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Davit Karapetyan had a meeting with Peer Gebauer, the Head of the Central Department of the German Federal Foreign Office.  As reported by the press service of the Armenian MFA, during the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the Armenia-Germany cooperation agenda, addressing a number of issues of  mutual interest. The importance of deepening cooperation in both  political and economic spheres was emphasized.

ArmInfo. The process of developing the concept of integrated border management (IBM) was on the agenda of the talks between the Deputy Ministers of Internal  Affairs of Armenia Armen Ghazaryan and Armen Mkrtchyan with the  delegation of the Directorate General for Migration and Home Affairs  of the European Commission, headed by the Head of the International  Relations Department Pavel Busyakevich.

ArmInfo.  On June 16, a working discussion on the implementation of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement, as well as the reforms outlined in  the Agreement in the field of labor and social issues was held in the  National Assembly on the initiative of the Deputy Chair of the  Standing Committee on European Integration Meri Galstyan. The Chair  of the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs Heriknaz  Tigranyan and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben  Sargsyan participated in the discussion.

Despite all the difficulties, Armenia is committed to establishing peace in the South  Caucasus, as stated by the head of the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ararat Mirzoyan during a meeting with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Cyprus, Anita Demetriou, touching upon issues on  the regional agenda.

ArmInfo.  In Tirana, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral relations, as well as touched upon regional and international developments.

They aslo discussed issues related to the Armenia-EU  partnership and its future development.
