ArmInfo.  Zhanna Andreasyan, RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports (MoESCS), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with  philanthropist Levon Vartan Der Bedrosian. This agreement marks an  important and symbolic step toward the preservation and development  of Armenia's cultural heritage, according to the MoESCS press  service.

The Diaspora  National Mobilization Conference took place in Paris on April 11-12, bringing together more than 150 distinguished intellectuals, political, public, and community figures from Armenia, Artsakh, and  26 countries across Diaspora, as reported by the press service of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun).

ArmInfo.  The public organization "World Committee of the Pan- Armenian Games", headed by former member of the opposition faction With Honor, and now independent member of the National Assembly Ishkhan Zakaryan, will be given a territory in the Kotayk region. It is planned to build a sports village of the Pan-Armenian Games on this territory, which will serve as a place of  residence for athletes during the Pan-Armenian Games (winter and  summer).

ArmInfo.A first-of-its-kind Armenian National Youth Forum was launched today at Alexander  Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet National Theatre , in which about 600  Armenians from more than 50 countries of the world take part, as well  as 100 speakers from more than 15 countries are invited. This year  the Forum is held under the slogan "Young for Young".

ArmInfo. Today, Prime Minister  Nikol Pashinyan received Daniel Kurkdjian, the chairman of the  Council of French Armenians, the Honorary President of Grant Thornton  Armenia, the press of the RA PM reports.  The Prime Minister praised  the activities of the Council of Armenians of France in the context  of strengthening Armenia-Diaspora relations, promotion of  partnership, as well as development of the potential of the  French-Armenian community.

ArmInfo. Armenia is introducing the institution of the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in foreign countries. The bill "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of  Armenia" On Public Service "on November 17 was approved in the second  and final reading.

ArmInfo. The introduction of the institution for Diaspora affairs will expand the networking capabilities of the Office of the High Commissioner. High  Commissioner Zareh Sinanyan stated this on November 16 from the  rostrum of the National Assembly of Armenia, presenting the draft law  "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia" On Public  Service. "The document was adopted in the first reading.

ArmInfo.Commissioners for diaspora affairs of Armenia will soon be appointed as advisors in foreign countries. At its Nov. 10 meeting the standing parliamentary  committee for state and legal affairs approved draft amendments to  the RA Law on Government Service.

ArmInfo.Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has arrived in the Republic of Lithuania on an official visit. In the sidelines of the visit, the Prime Minister  met with representatives of the local Armenian community, who  represent the sectors of healthcare, culture and business.
