ArmInfo. Changes are also needed in Artsakh. On December 25 a member of the "Sasna Tsrer" party Zhirayr Sefilyan stated at a press conference.  He noted that changes had occurred in Armenia through national protest, but there were no  such changes in Artsakh.

ArmInfo. The Artsakh Republic President signed a number of decrees and approved the Government resolutions on cadre issues, the press service of NKR President  reports.  President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree releasing  lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan from the position of the  Artsakh Republic defense minister, commander of the Defense Army.
