ArmInfo.Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe Paruyr  Hovhannisyan was elected chairman of the group of rapporteurs of the  CE Committee of Ministers on education, culture, sports, youth and  nature conservation.  The press service of the Foreign Ministry of  Armenia told ArmInfo that Paruyr Hovhannisyan was elected to this  post from November 14, 2018 to August 31, 2020. He was elected to  this post unanimously with the support of ambassadors from 47  countries.
