ArmInfo. Arayik Khzmalyan has been
appointed as the Chairman of the Public Council. The relevant decree
was signed by Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on April 9.
Arayik Khzmalyan has been serving as Deputy Minister of Education,
Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia since June 4,
2019. On July 17, 2023, he was elected as the Director of
Matenadaran.
