ArmInfo.All issues in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) should be resolved by consensus. On November 27, the Ambassador Extraordinary and  Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Armenia,  Sergei Kopyrkin, told reporters about the disagreements that had  arisen in the CSTO over the candidacy of the Secretary General of the  Organization.  According to the diplomat, all issues in the CSTO  should and will be decided on a consensus basis, taking into account  the views of all interested parties.
