For the first time, VTB Bank (Armenia), in cooperation with the Sil Insurance company, launches insurance for prepayment of mortgage loans provided  under the program "Housing for Young Families". As ArmInfo was told  by the Bank's press service the matter concerns insuring financial  risks. In particular, of the 30% prepayment, the client pays 10%, and  the remaining 20% paid by the bank are covered by financial risk  insurance. In this case, the bank frees the borrower from the need to  provide additional collateral in the form of real estate, as it was  before.

"Rostelecom Armenia" constantly replenishes the TV package with new channels and programs. As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, as part of an  agreement with Shant TV company, from November this year. Channels  Shant Premium, Shant Serial, Shant Music and Shant News will also be  broadcast on the Rostelecom Armenia network. ArmInfo.On October 22, IDBank will issue the 6th tranche of dollar-denominated coupon bonds in the amount of $ 5 million, with a coupon yield of 5.25%. As the Bank's press service told ArmInfo, the maturity of these bonds was set at  2.3 years.  According to the source, payments on coupons for this  tranche will be made quarterly, unlike previous issues, when payments  were made every six months. As part of this tranche, it is planned to  issue 50,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of $ 100.
