To be fair, other external global  factors like Iran and Russia should be mentioned here," he mentioned.   Commenting today's visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu  toAzerbaijan, the expert did not rule out the possibility of purchase  of the Iron Dome rocket interception system from Israel, which will  cause the concerns of all the Caucasus region.
