ArmInfo.Acting Minister of Transport, Communications and IT Hakob Arshakyan will take part in the forthcoming special elections to the RA National Assembly according  to the list of the "Civil Contract" party. As Hakob Arshakyan told reporters  on November 7 in the government, he will run for parliament, possibly  under a rating system in the Arabkir, Davidashen, Achapnyak electoral  district.

ArmInfo. The new mayor of Yerevan appointed his top adviser, Kamo Areyan, who participated in the robbery and illegal actions of the previous government. This is  stated in the statement of the party "Yerkir Tsirani".

ArmInfo.And about. Minister of Culture Lilit Makunts will run on the Civil Contract list of the party and will be nominated in his constituency <Arabkir, Davidashen,  Ajapnyak>. She announced this to reporters on November 5 in  parliament. According to her, after the election, the political team  will decide whether it will remain in parliament or continue to work  in the government. "One thing is clear, we are determined to have  both a good government and a good National Assembly," she said.

ArmInfo. The deputy prefect of  the Yerevan district of Ajapnyak Grigor Grigorian is charged with  using violence against a representative of power and arbitrariness.

The "Free  Observer" mission summed up the violations recorded during the voting  in the Yerevan elections.  Thus, in the Ajapnyak community in Yerevan  on 6/51 polling station there was a scuffle between observers from  Prosperous Armenia and My Step bloc. Members of the election  commission did not record the incident. After the observers called  the Police, the trustee of Prosperous Armenia has left.

ArmInfo.Violations of the electoral committee of  RA were recorded in 17 of the 95 polling stations observed. In 8 polling stations, the presence of a policeman  in the voting booth was recorded along with the voter. This is  reported by the Alliance of Independent Observers.

On September 23 the  chief of the RA Police Valery Osipyan told journalists after  fulfilling the voting procedure at the elections to the Council of  Elders of Yerevan.
