Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan has filed a complain with the Investigative Committee of Armenia regarding a hate speech crime against Artsakh people by a Facebook user using the name Arsen Arshakyan. By sharing a screenshot of the hate speech by the above-mentioned user, the lawyer emphasized that these actions vioalte Article 329 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which prohibits incitement and propaganda of hatred against Artsakh people.
