


ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee of Armenia has confirmed the dismissal of one of the investigators leading the case against arrested schoolboy David Minasyan.
The Investigative Committee's statement noted that an internal investigation has been launched in the Committee's Internal Security Department regarding the violation of Article 35, Part 4, and Article 235, Part 5 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code by investigator Hakob Hakobkokhyan. Specifically, he is accused of violating search procedures, allowing unauthorized persons, including media representatives to be present at the search area, as well as violating the rules of conduct for persons holding autonomous positions within the Investigative Committee, specifically, unfounded publication of preliminary investigation data in the media and violating uniform regulations.
Hakob Hakobkokhyan was summoned to the Internal Security Directorate to provide an explanation, after which he submitted his resignation.
It is worth noting that Hakob Hakobkokhyan is the son of renowned Armenian boxer Israel Hakobkokhyan.
