Lawyer: Armenian court lifts preventive measure against Archbishop  Najarian

ArmInfo. An Armenian court has ordered the cancellation of the preventive measure in the form of a ban on absence previously imposed on Archbishop Haikazun Najarian.  As lawyer Harut Aklunts reported on his Facebook page, the decision was made by Judge Arman Hovhannisyan.

 "Judge Arman Hovhannisyan, known for his impartiality, issued another ruling that upheld the interests of the law. The court upheld my complaint against the actions of the investigator and prosecutor, recognized the violation  of Archbishop Haikazun Najarian's rights, and ordered the investigator to lift the preventive measure applied against him-the ban on leaving the country. I congratulate all of us on yet another victory of law over arbitrariness," the lawyer wrote.
