This was stated by Armenian Ambassador to Greece Tigran Mkrtchyan during his speech at an event organized by the local branch of the Association of Young European Federalists of Greece (JEF Greece) in Piraeus-Athens and held under the auspices of the European Parliament.
According to the press service of the Armenian Embassy in Greece, in the context of deepening cooperation between Armenia and the European Union, Mkrtchyan highlighted the progress achieved in institutional reforms, strengthening the rule of law, and economic and political integration. He particularly emphasized the role of youth as the bearer and driving force of European values, emphasizing their involvement in political and social processes. He also emphasized that Armenia will continue to actively develop its partnership with the European Union and its member states to strengthen regional stability and cooperation.
In this context, the Armenian Ambassador also noted the role of Greece and the further development of bilateral ties between Armenia and Greece as a crucial link in the strategic relations between Armenia and the EU.
