Opposition MP Tadevos Avetisyan  appointed as member of  Competition  and Consumer Interests Protection Commission

By the decision of the Competition Council, Yeprem Karapetyan was nominated for the  vacant position of member of the Corruption Prevention Commission, and the opposition factions "Armenia" and "With Honor" nominated Tadevos Avetisyan as a joint candidate for the position of member of  the Competition and Consumer Interests Protection Commission.  

Narek Babayan, Chairman of the Counting Commission of the National Assembly, presented the results of the vote held at the regular parliamentary session on March 26.

Yeprem Karapetyan received 59 votes in favor, and1  against. Out of  the 107 NA deputies, 85 participated in the vote. There were 85 valid  ballots in the ballot box, with 25  deemed invalid. Tadevos Avetisyan  received  83 votes, Out of the 107 deputies, 85 participated in the  vote. There were 85 ballots in the box, with 2  deemed invalid.
