"The people, not guarantors, must own the peace": Pashinyan 

ArmInfo. The people, not Armenia's security guarantors, must own the peace, as stated by Prime  Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government hour  on March 25.

He said it was difficult to imagine anyone coming with the obligation  to be the guarantor of peace. "Peace is ours, and the people must be  the sole masters of their own, having achieved it  through suffering  and sacrifice," Pashinyan said. He noted that, for instance,  Russia  had been the guarantor of Ukraine's security, and Turkey of Cyprus.  Did we have a security guarantor in 2020?
