Woman in labor dies in Armenia, baby`s condition grave 

ArmInfo.  A woman in labor has died in Armenia, and doctors say the baby's condition is stable and critical.

The Armenian Ministry of Health told Armenian media that the woman's  condition deteriorated sharply during labor, and medical staff  decided to perform an emergency cesarean section.

"She lost consciousness during labor. Therefore, the medical team  performed an emergency cesarean section. The baby was saved and was  immediately transferred to the Level 3 Intensive Care Unit. He is  currently in stable but critical condition. Unfortunately, the  mother's life could not be saved," the Ministry reported.

According to the source, a forensic medical examination has been  ordered into the incident.
