ArmInfo. While a strong leader makes agreements without a single shot, a weak leader unleashes war and accepts every enemy demand. This is how Marianna Kagramanyan, press secretary for the "In Our Way" movement and the "Strong Armenia" party, responded to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's latest statements on her Facebook page. In his accusations Pashinyan had claimed that "Strong Armenia" party chairman Samvel Karapetyan, second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, and "Prosperous Armenia" party leader Gagik Tsarukyan were unleashing the war.
"A weak leader who has irreversibly squandered the people's trust, dragged Armenia into three wars and lost them, is now afraid. His fears have intensified since the presentation of future Prime Minister Samvel Karapetyan's "Strong Peace" security program. Fear is driving him to blackmail his own people and threaten them with war. However, Nikol Pashinyan, there will be no war; there will be a long, stable, and guaranteed peace, and not just with a witness to this peace, but with several guarantors," Kagramanyan emphasized.
According to her, strong diplomacy doesn't start wars, but prevents them, and a strong army doesn't create risks, but deters them. "A strong leader makes agreements and saves lives without a single shot, while a weak leader starts a war and accepts every enemy demand, putting aside the state's national interests," the party spokesperson concluded.
