CEC accepts application of "Akanates" for joint observation of   upcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia

ArmInfo.At its extraordinary session, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia accepted the application of the "Akanates" observation mission (Witness - ed.) for joint monitoring of the parliamentary  elections in Armenia, scheduled for June 7, 2026.

As reported to ArmInfo by the CEC press service, the NGO  "Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center" (TIAC) and the  Law Development and Protection Foundation will be represented as  "Akanates." 

"The organizations representing the observation mission have  submitted all required documents to the Central Election Commission,  and the Commission has approved their accreditation. The decision  comes into force upon its publication at the meeting," the Central  Election Commission concluded.
