Anahit Manasyan receives David Davtyan, back from Azerbaijani  captivity in January 2026

ArmInfo.Human Rights Defender of Armenia Anahit Manasyan received David Davtyan, who returned from Azerbaijani captivity to Armenia in January 2026.  

According to the Human Rights Defender's press service, Anahit  Manasyan has noted that issues related to his rights have been the  focus of her immediate attention from the very beginning and are  constantly raised by both international and national competent  authorities.

David Davtyan expressed his gratitude to the Human Rights Defender  for her constant attention to his concerns throughout this period and  for her efforts in addressing them.  During the meeting, several  issues related to health, socioeconomic, and other rights were  discussed. Anahit Manasyan emphasized that these issues will also be  studied by the staff of the Human Rights Defender, considered in  accordance with its competence, and that they will  consistently work   towards finding solutions for them.
