Armenia to participate in funeral of  Catholicos-Patriarch of All  Georgia 

ArmInfo.  Armenia will participate in the funeral ceremony of Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II at the highest level, as stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  during a briefing on March 19, in response  to a question from an ArmInfo correspondent.

He announced his intention to call the Georgian Prime Minister and  personally extend his condolences.

"We are currently discussing the format of participation," the Prime  Minister noted. When questioned about whether he thinks  Catholicos  of All Armenians Karekin II should participate in the funeral  ceremony of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Pashinyan  replied: "I do not consider Ktrich Nersisyan (Karekin II) to be  Catholicos of All Armenians."
