Armenian Criminal Court of Appeals  rules searches at Izmirlian  Medical Center "unjustified"

ArmInfo. The Armenian Criminal Court of Appeals has upheld the groundlessness of the lower court's decisions authorizing searches at Izmirlyan Medical Center, as reported by attorney Armine Fanyan.

"Some time ago, the RA Criminal Court of Appeals informed me that  Judge Harutyun Petrosyan has also upheld my complaint regarding the  search  in the office of Tigran Nalbandyan, Deputy Director of  Medical Affairs at Izmirlyan Medical Center. Thus, this is already  the third decision of the RA Criminal Court of Appeals confirming the  groundlessness of the lower court's decisions permitting searches at  the Izmirlyan Medical Center!" the lawyer wrote on social media.
