EU Council President: Development of the Middle Corridor creates new  strategic opportunities

This will create a sustainable route between Europe and Asia.  According to APA, President of the Council of the European Union  Antonio Costa made this statement during a joint press statement with  President Ilham Aliyev. Costa emphasized that the implementation of  this project will create new jobs and strengthen the countries'  economies: "We share Azerbaijan's vision of prosperous and  interconnected countries of the South Caucasus," the EU leader said.
