Appellate Court rules search of Izmirlyan Medical Center head`s  office illegal - lawyer

ArmInfo. Essentially, the Appellate Court has established that the search conducted in the office of Professor Armen Charchyan, head of the Izmirlyan Medical Center, was illegal and appeared to be a mere formality. Charchyan's lawyer, Erik Aleksanyan, shared this information on his Facebook page.

He reported that the Criminal Court of Appeals of the Republic of  Armenia, chaired by Judge Vazgen Rshtuni, having reviewed the  defense's appeal against the decision of the Court of First Instance  to permit the search of Armen Charchyan's office, decided to uphold  our appeal and overturn the lower court's decision.
