The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted for review the Prosecutor General's Office's claim to confiscate illicit assets from individuals affiliated with Poghos Poghosyan (former Head of the Armaments Department of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and former Commander of the Second Army Corps of the Ministry of Defense).
According to the supervisory authority, the Department for the Confiscation of Illegally Produced Assets has filed a request with the court to confiscate two real estate properties in Yerevan and 451,540,000 drams from individuals affiliated with Poghos Poghosyan, who died in 2024, in favor of the Republic of Armenia.
