RA FM, Kuwaiti counterpart concerned over Middle East situation 

ArmInfo.Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al- Ahmad Al-Sabah.

According to the Armenian Foreign Ministry's Persian Service,  Mirzoyan expressed concern about attacks on civilian targets and  civilian casualties.

In this context, the importance of a speedy peaceful resolution to  the situation and efforts towards this end were emphasized.

As a reminder, on the morning of February 28, the United States and  Israel attacked Iran. In retaliation, Iran launched strikes against  American bases in the Middle East. As a result of the US- Israeli  aggression, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several  high-ranking Iranian military officials were killed. The American  side has so far confirmed the deaths of six of its servicemen. An  Israeli strike on a girls' school in a province in southern Iran  killed 170 students and their teachers, according to the latest  figures, and wounded dozens more.
