ArmInfo. Iranian authorities have released video footage of the damaged UNESCO World Heritage site, the Golestan Palace.
The palace was damaged as a result of US and Israeli air and missile strikes on Iran.
Earlier, Iranian media reported that the palace's famous Mirrored Throne Room, along with museum exhibits, had been moved to a secure storage facility following the January protests.
Golestan Palace is one of Tehran's main landmarks. Built in the mid-19th century, during the Qajar dynasty, "Golestan" literally means "Palace of Roses."
As a reminder, on the morning of February 28, the US and Israel attacked Iran. In retaliation, Iran launched strikes against US bases in the Middle East. As a result of American-Israeli aggression, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and several high-ranking Iranian military officials were killed. The American side has so far confirmed the deaths of six of its soldiers. An Israeli strike on a girls' school in a southern Iranian province killed, according to the latest figures, 170 students and their teachers, and wounded dozens more. Armenia has not yet offered condolences to Iran over the death of the Iranian Supreme Leader.
