Armenian Central Electoral Commission Chair invites heads of  electoral bodies  from CIS member states to observe parliamentary  elections in Armenia

ArmInfo. Vahagn Hovakimyan, Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia, has invited the heads of the electoral bodies of CIS member states to observe the parliamentary elections scheduled for June 7, 2026. Hovakimyan made this statement during the 7th session of the  Consultative Council of the Heads of Electoral Bodies of the CIS  Member States in St. Petersburg.

As reported to ArmInfo by the press service of the CEC, Lilia  Hakobyan, Head of the Legal Department at the CEC,  also accompanied  the Chairperson of the Central Electoral Commission on the trip  to  Russia.  She was awarded a diploma for her long-term cooperation with  the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.
