Ten persons with gunshot wounds taken to hospitals in Yerevan

ArmInfo.. On February 18, around 4:00 PM, law enforcement officials received another  operational information about a shooting at 9 Abelyan Street and the presence of wounded individuals.

According to the crime news website shamshyan.com, almost the entire  police leadership, led by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Police  Major General Kamo Tsutsulyan, arrived at the scene. It was  established that 10 citizens with gunshot wounds had been transported  from the location to various Yerevan hospitals.

Investigators from the Investigative Committee are currently working  at the scene. A criminal case has been launched for attempted murder  of a group of individuals and the illegal possession and use of  firearms. Several knives and a Lexus with gunshot wounds and bullet  marks were found at the scene. Police are ascertaining the identifies  of the injured and the owner of the car.
