
ArmInfo. At its extraordinary meeting on February 9, the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia approved the schedule of key events for the preparation and conduct of the regular elections to the National Assembly, scheduled for June 7, 2026.
According to the press service of the Central Electoral Commission, parties and party alliances are submitting applications to the Central Electoral Commission electronically from February 9 to April 23 to obtain a user account for participation in the elections.
Parties and party alliances are submitting registration documents to the Central Electoral Commission from April 13 to 23 until 6:00 PM.
Registration of electoral lists of parties and party alliances is carried out from April 23 to May 3 until 6:00 PM.
The Central Election Commission assigns serial numbers to parties and party alliances participating in the elections by drawing lots by May 3. The pre-election period runs from May 8 to June 5.
Information on the number, area, location, and rental cost of advertising billboards over 5 square meters, provided to parties (party alliances) participating in the elections during the pre-election period, must be submitted to the Central Election Commission by February 17.
Applications for accreditation to cover the elections and voting on election day, as well as a list of media representatives, must be submitted to the Central Election Commission from February 7 to May 28. Applications for observer accreditation through the Central Election Commission website must be submitted to the CEC from February 7 to May 3.
Candidates for parliament included on the electoral lists of parties or party alliances must submit a declaration of their assets and income to the Central Election Commission by May 13.
