ArmInfo. Former Armenian Finance Minister and member of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Council, Vardan Khachatryan, has passed away at the age of 66.
The political party's press service reported this. "We express our condolences to Vardan Khachatryan's family, his relatives, colleagues, and everyone who shares this grievous loss," the RPA wrote.
A memorial service, according to the source, will be held on February 7 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at St. Hovhannes Church in Kond, and the funeral service will be held on February 8 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
Vardan Khachatryan served as Minister of Finance and Economy of Armenia from 2000 to 2008.
