ArmInfo. Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Arman Sargsyan discussed with Daphne Marais, Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Armenia, issues related to the joint action plan between the Ministry of Defense and the ICRC Delegation in Armenia for 2025-2026.
According to the Armenian Ministry of Defense press service, Marais presented current programs, positively assessing their implementation process and the results of established cooperation.
In turn, Arman Sargsyan praised the implementation of planned activities, emphasizing the importance of continuous and constructive cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross and expressing his readiness to consider and support the implementation of new cooperation proposals.
